Service Description
There are many empaths, highly sensitive people, and introverts working in your company who have no idea of their greatest gifts and why they believe they don't fit in or feel safe sharing their gifts. With private coaching sessions to help staff learn how to be effective in a group setting and thrive, you are creating a great pool of empathy that will not only sustain the individual but your organization. In this time of mass resignation, don't you owe it to the culture to develop people whose potential might make your organization more caring and people-friendly? Empaths can help you do that. This is a package of 5 sessions, 90 minutes each. Can be onsite or by Zoom.
